“The Secret To How Holy Catholic Families Are Made”
Dear Marian Devotee,
Imagine if you and the members of your family lived the Marian devotion which St. Louis de Montfort taught, and eventually experienced what St. Louis promised… “Do not think, dear soul, that Mary, the most fruitful of all pure creatures, who has brought forth even a God, remains idle in a faithful soul. She will cause Jesus Christ to live in that soul, and the soul to live in constant union with Jesus Christ” (“The Secret of Mary”, #56). Living in constant union with Jesus is the entire purpose of the Christian life, and the essence of holiness. Now, the reason why St. Louis made such a remarkable promise is because God revealed this secret devotion to him. He wrote… |
“Predestinate soul, here is a secret the Most High has taught me, which I have not been able to find in any book, old or new. I confide it to you, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit” (Secret, #1).
And he insists this devotion helps you achieve union with Jesus faster and easier than you ever thought possible…
“By this practice, faithfully observed, you will give Jesus more glory in a month than by any other practice, however difficult, in many years” (“True Devotion to Mary”, #222).
And he assures you…
“The third good which Our Lady does to her servants is that she conducts and directs them according to the will of her Son. She shows them the paths of eternal life. There where the guidance of Mary is, neither the evil spirit with his illusions, nor the heretics with their subtleties, can ever come” (True Devotion, #209).

That’s the reason why he says…
“We must draw all the world, if we can, to her service and to this true and solid devotion” (True Devotion, #265).
Another reason why he encouraged us to lead others to this devotion… is because he emphasized that this devotion…
“…is a path trodden by Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, our sole Head. One of His members in passing by the same road cannot deceive Himself. It is an easy road, because of the fullness of the grace and unction of the Holy Spirit, Who fills it to overflowing. It is a short road which leads us to Jesus in a little time. It is a perfect road, where there is no mud, no dust, not the least spot of sin. Lastly, it is a secure road, which conducts us to Jesus Christ and life eternal in a straight and secure manner, without turning to the right hand or to the left” (True Devotion, #168).
And since God revealed this devotion to him, he confirmed with absolute confidence…
“I have never found a practice of devotion to Our Lady more solid than this one, since it takes its inspiration from the example of Jesus Christ. Neither have I found any devotion which redounds more to God’s glory, is more salutary to the soul, and more feared by the enemies of our salvation; nor, finally, have I found a devotion that is more attractive and more satisfying” (“The Love of Eternal Wisdom”, Ch. 17, #2).

Now, St. Maximilian Kolbe says that he, St. Louis de Montfort, and Fr. Emil Neubert (the author of “Mary and the Christian Family”) were all on the same page.
He told his fellow Franciscans, “The devotion taught by Blessed Grignion (St. Louis) is ours exactly.”
And he was so impressed with Fr. Neubert’s books, that he told them about him, “He has the exact same spirit as we have.”
A contemporary of St. Maximilian Kolbe, founder of the Militia of the Immaculate, and Venerable Frank Duff, founder of the Legion of Mary, Father Neubert befriended them and exchanged correspondence and compositions with them.
Together with them, he’s recognized as one of the most extraordinary apostles of Mary of the twentieth century.
St. Maximilian translated one of his books into Polish and published it at the City of Mary Immaculate.
And Frank Duff tirelessly promoted his books throughout Ireland.

St. Maximilian also said…
“We must realize the goal of the Militia of the Immaculate, as quickly as possible: that is, to conquer the whole world, and every individual soul which exists today or will exist until the end of the world, for the Immaculata, and through her for the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.”
The reason why he appealed to us to act with a sense of urgency is because he also warned…
“Modern times are dominated by Satan and will be more so in the future. The conflict with hell cannot be engaged by men, even the most clever. The lmmaculata alone has from God the promise of victory over Satan. However, assumed into heaven, the Mother of God now requires our cooperation. She seeks souls who will consecrate themselves entirely to Her, who will become in Her hands effective instruments for the defeat of Satan and the spreading of God’s Kingdom upon earth.”
Another reason why St. Maximilian called on us to act with a sense of urgency is because he knew the devil never bides his time.
As St. Peter warned us…
“Be sober and watch: because your adversary the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Pet. 5:8).
The good news is St. Louis insists this Marian devotion is “more glorious to God, more sanctifying to the soul, and more useful to the neighbor, than any other of the devotions to her” (True Devotion, #118).
And…
“For where Mary is the devil has never had and never will have access” (Secret, #17).
And so, today consecration to Mary is more vital than ever. Now there is more need than ever before for all of us to practice our devotion to Mary better, specifically, this consecration to her, which God revealed to St. Louis de Montfort, and which Fr. Neubert explains so well for Catholic families.
This book shows Catholic families how to use this devotion to live in union with Mary.

P.S. St. Louis de Montfort assures you…
“Experience will teach you much more about this devotion than I can tell you; and if you remain faithful to the little I have taught you, you will find so many rich fruits of grace in this practice that you will be surprised and filled with joy” (“The Secret of Mary”, #53).
And…
“Only experience can teach the wonders wrought by Mary, wonders so great that neither the wise nor the proud, nor even many of the devout can believe them” (Secret, #57).
Plus…
“It would be no wonder if, at the hour of death, it should be found that a person faithful to this practice shall, by the means of it, have delivered many souls from Purgatory, and converted many sinners, though he shall have done nothing more than the ordinary actions of his state of life. What joy at his judgment! What glory in his eternity!” (“True Devotion to Mary”, #172)
